Its my earnest request to you for confirming the built number asap because my warranty is on the verge of being over so i might need to replace this depending on your feedback

I have the option of update available now which was available to me before too the only problem ocurring here is that security update is not proceeding on my mobile as whenever i try to install it shows
"There was a problem with installation no changes were made"
P.s charger is connected to power outlet
Please resolve this and do let me know plus if any information regarding app crashing on my built number please acknowledge me on that matter

Thanks for providing the error message. Are you using a SIM card? Do you have enough memory space to accept the update? If so, I would suggest doing the factory data reset and then check for updates again.

I have my colleague help us with this. Can you please try removing your SD card and check for an update again? Would also recommend checking an update while the phone is in safe mode.
To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.

Sir I have replaced my mobile with us cellular carrier z2 force but if you don't mind can you please elaborate on the above geekbench score why it's lower than an average score for Moto z2 force which should be
