Motor Z2 is buggy as can be. Don't buu

2019-02-02, 19:39 PM

I am now on my second Moto Z2.  Same exact problems as my previous.

Common problems.

Shuts off intermittently

Won't turn back on immediately.

Vibrating mechanism kicks on and won't stop

Pages often take forever to load. Requiring restart.

WiFi won't connect intermittently in my own home

Apps won't let you log in out of the blue so restart again.

Ringer stopped working

Not sure what to do now.  Doubt they will upgrade me to a phone that works.

I'm sorry you're having problems like those. I haven't had any of those issues with my Z2 Force. Occasionally I have issues with my Wi-Fi, but I'm pretty sure it's my router (other people have problems connecting too).

Hi BrentWAdams,

Thanks for posting. I'd like to help. May I know what troubleshooting steps have you tried and done so far? Also, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Need help updating your profile? See here

Best regards,
Rich
