Hi BlackKnight

Yes, please do send us a photo so we can evaluate it on our end. And may I ask what happened before the screen separated? Any information woudl be truly helpful. Thanks!

Hi BlackKnight

I had someone checked the photo you sent and what I can suggest is to send it in for repair. He can check this link and check for the options available. He can also contact the store where it was purchased for further assistance.

My husband has a Mpto Z2 Force, and it has started peeling up at the botto m by the fingerprint scanner. It began from him placing it in and out of his pocket. This is after about 3 days from initial peeling, and again it's only from placing it in and removing it from his pocket.

And I just noticed that the very top edge is also beginning to peel.

Have you gotten any responses about this? My phone is starting to do it as well but from the top right instead of bottom right. That picture is crazy!

55 year old adult with Motorola Z2 Force replacement phone from T-Mobile less than 6 months now has the screen separating on the left hand side enough where you can put your fingernail under the screen.

No help from T-Mobile they are saying I need to make an insurance claim when there was no damage ever done to the phone in pay a $100 deductible.

Hi Bradleyajoseph,

Thanks for posting on this thread. Can you please send us a sample picture showing the screen separating from the phone? It will help us evaluate. Thanks.

Best regards,
