Re: phone audio: I can hear them, they can't hear me

No fix yet.

Just the workaround which sucks.

Re: phone audio: I can hear them, they can't hear me

Just a heads up. When I originally learned about the workaround, I would switch VoLTE off and I could talk to my mom on her Galaxy S7 for a few calls. Now, I need to hang up on her every time she calls, flip the checkbox on and off and only then can she hear me. Pretty hard to do while driving. I've also tried switching from the preferred LTE network down to 3g. That sometimes helped, however, I've also gotten complaints from callers that they get sent directly to voicemail and I don't even hear the phone ring.

Either way, I paid $750 for this phone and have been having this calling issue since the end of December. The least Motorola can do is roll back the changes or send out new phones that work!

Re: T-Mobile Oreo VoLTE with S7/S7 Edge

Please note that I am on 7.1.1 T-mobile Build NCX26.7 and I am having the same issue.

It happens randomly to any number and type of phone I am calling, even landline. So it is not limited to Oreo calling Samsung S7s

Your problem is different then. Maybe it is a fault with your phone.

They should be able to do something quickly as a workaround.  Like send out a patch for the radio only that is from the Nougat version.

I'm having the exact same problem. How do I switch off VoLTE?

This just started about 3 weeks ago

It sounds like the Oreo update. Please fix. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Maybe T-Mobile will get on it.

Re: Moto Z2 Force Speakerphone Concern

What new update?  Nothing new on T-Mo.

The only truly stupid question is the one you SHOULD have asked - but DIDN'T.
