Hi Ramrod73,

Can you please check if the charging port is clean? Also, check if the plate is still in good condition. Let me know. Thanks.

Re: Android Auto Connection Problems

My Motorola won’t work on Android Auto on my 2018 Buick Enclave. Using the same cord, my husband’s Galaxy works perfectly. Same yesterday when I tried to use it with a Chevy Traverse.

Hi Donna63,

It seem as though moto made a crappy connector. I've had cords that work with every other phone i've tried. I did find some cords that work better for me though. I'm currently using the 1m Anker usbc - usba cable: (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DCHF835/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I know it sucks and you think it should work with the cable moto sold with the phone, but i'd suggest trying the anker one, it's only $8 and if it fixes your problem it may save you a lot of time.

moto says nothing about this, they've been "working on it" since last summer and never said anything to any of us about a fix or workaround.
