My apologies for you having to deal with this and I will be glad to help you. We'd like to get more details so we can assist you with this. Please respond with your answers to the following:

• Did you remember any changes made before it happened?
• Do you have it experienced recently?
• Is it happening on calls? any specific application you are using?
• Does the microphone work on video and audio recordings?

For now, we can do some basic troubleshooting steps that can help resolve your concern.

1. Try to turn off the device first. Remove and reinsert the sim card and then turn on the device again. The phone will re-establish a connection to the network.
2. If this doesn't work, go to Settings > Backup and Reset> Network Settings Reset > Reset Settings.
3. Run a diagnostic test on Device Help App > Device Diagnosis > Hardware Test > Full Test.
4. Boot the device in Safe mode: Safe mode starts the device without any third-party apps running. To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, and touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. While in Safe mode, try asking someone to contact your device and check if the same issue persists.

No I still have the same issue  sound works, microphone works on everything but the phone. I have to use the speaker to communicate and it sucks. And this is my business phone. I have used my earbuds that works but is a pain too.

Any help????
