Moto Z2 Play and not getting VoLTE on T-mobile

Hi,

 

So the model of the phone is XT1710-06. Phone has LTE but not VoLTE and I'm wondering if that's because of the model of the phone? This is on T-Mobile US to be sure. And the phone is unlocked and currently on 7.1.1.

Thanks for posting. I can't really confirm this as of now, I will ask my colleague about it. May I know where did you buy the phone? For the meantime, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

I am facing the same issue! 

Can't get 3G or 4G signals at all on TMobile

Were you able to fix it?

What model number and channel are you using? If it is not the US unlocked variant then it might not have all the T-Mobile bands that you need in your area.

Thanks for posting on the thread. May I know what exact symptoms are you experiencing? Have you contacted your carrier and see if your SIM is provisioned correctly? Let me know.
