So the model of the phone is XT1710-06. Phone has LTE but not VoLTE and I'm wondering if that's because of the model of the phone? This is on T-Mobile US to be sure. And the phone is unlocked and currently on 7.1.1.

Thanks for posting. I can't really confirm this as of now, I will ask my colleague about it. May I know where did you buy the phone? For the meantime, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Thanks for posting on the thread. May I know what exact symptoms are you experiencing? Have you contacted your carrier and see if your SIM is provisioned correctly? Let me know.
