Moto Z2 Play not charging

I have had my phone for less than 2 weeks. I'm m using the charger that came with the phone, but it has now stopped charging. I did the battery test and it failed. What should I do from here???

Hi DBrodber,

 

This is unfortunate but we are ready to assist here. Have you tried using a different charger? Have you checked if the charging port is loose? If you still can, can you post a screenshot of the battery test you took?

Battery Not Charging

I have have been unable to use phone since last week because if so low charging. The went from 2%to 16% after 24 hours of charging and phone calls completely turned off. Iboyfgt sevsral chargr Cables already. As of todayno charging cable works. So issue has escalated from slow charge to full charge.

Hi Eferuks,

 

Are you using the original charger of the phone? I would recommend booting your phone in safe mode and observe if there's an improvement.

 

To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.
