Hi, I am using Moto z play since 2017 and was working fine. Recently I dropped my phone my gorilla glass craced so I replaced the digitizer and LCD after that phone works fine but I am facing issues with call quality. Receiver is not able to hear my audio properly.
So far I have followed below steps but no luck:
1. From Moto help I run hardware test and it passed all tests.
2. There is nothing on screen which can block microphone.
3. No issues with network as I an my wife both are using same carrier and she also has Moto z play her phone works awesome.
Please suggest me other in depth diagnostic steps to fix it.

Appreciate the steps you've tried. I'd like to clarify some things, are you having both problems with the microphone and the receiver, or just the microphone?

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried making calls using third-party apps like Messenger? Also, please check if there's lint or dirt that's clogging the mic.

I am having problem with other apps as well.......I checked mic for cloggs but it's good... unfortunately I broke my display in that process but screen is still working awesome only problem is that receiver is not able to hear properly and they hear their own voice as well.
