Slow phone volume

Hello,

 

Just two weeks ago I bought my jbl soundboost 2 and it was totally awesome! My officemates were impressed by the innovation. After couple of days using it and when I went back to my phone's media volume, I noticed that the volume became slower. At 100% it wasn't that loud compared before and when I adjusted it at 50% it was like 10% loud. I think this is a software issue. I haven't tried also doing the factory reset etc. Anyone who has the same experience?

Thanks for posting. I'd like to help. I'd like to confirm, are you only having this issue while using the JBL mod? Also, are you only experiencing this from a specific app? For the meantime, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Hello Rich,

 

Yes, I observed this after using the JBL mod. No, not in a specifici app.

By the way, I'm from the Philippines so my telecom is not listed on the profile which I also have updated.
