I bought a Moto Z Play from Best Buy unlocked. It was working fine for the first two days. I'm not sure if it was connecting the phone to my car's blue tooth audio or what for the first time this morning, but now nobody can hear me talk. You can hear thumps around the microphone, but no audio from me. I was a few security revisions behind and have updated to the latest available with no change. Soft reset of the device...no change. Google searching I can find a lot about the older Moto X devices, but not much on the Z Play.

Would you please update your profile with the IMEI number of your phone? Is it okay if we look into your apps? This will help us investigate. Make sure that your Motorola Privacy is enabled.
