I have a moto z4, same issue, screen lifting from frame. Where do I send it for repair? Hasn't been dropped, either.

Just tried pressing it back in place, and it pops back out, looks like only the middle of the screen is lifting out, ends are still glued down

If it's a battery issue there isn't anything I can do

Ugh, I just noticed the same thing. Everything is still working except for the proximity sensor...the screen goes black when I get or send a phone call. Downloading the proximity sensor repair app helped.

Motorola..this is obviously a known issue

Hi  @ kfalandays ,

Sorry to hear you had trouble with the proximity sensor, but I'm glad you were able to find a fix. Regarding the screen, we would recommend getting it repaired: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/open/request?linkId=54149943
