Re: Android 7.1.1 for Moto Z

applied OTA update to moto z reteu handset. Now stuck in boot loop with black screen with no command on it.

I have completed FDR and external reset as advised by Motorola support and this has made it worse. Yesterday I was able to get the handset on after 5 attempts at reboot. Stuck in boot loop today

Re: Android 7.1.1 for Moto Z

Hi,

I've got the exact same problem.

Following the OTA Update to Android 7.1.1, my Moto Z reteu handset is now also stuck in a boot loop with black screeb saying "No Command" on it.

I'm also unable to get it rebooted properly. Did you manage to find a solution?

Hello, Do you happen to have an SD Card in your phone? If so, can you try removing the card to see if it still gets stuck? If so, try backing up your card and formatting it. If it still gets stuck then it's possible that the card is corrupted.

Re: Android 7.1.1 for Moto Z

I am having big problem with my Moto z after the update to version 7.1.1

I cannot send Sms, I cannot make phone calls or even using the cellular data. 4G signal has a "x" cross sign on it.

FYI: Cell phone operator : Smartfren

I did try using Indosat Oregon and I am still getting the same result.

Now my unit is at the official Lenovo service center for software update.

In my opinion, all Moto z user should wait, do not upgrade to version 7.1.1.

That is just my 2 cents on this topic.
