so the solution is to send the phone back? how do I choose a new phone if I don't know what was wrong with this one?

I am having the same bluetooth error as well. Was working fine then just stopped.

No this issue is not resolved, solved or corrected. It still exists and is not a Verizon or Motorola failure. 

 

It's Google and their Google Play Protect is identifying the system app “Bluetooth Share 7.0” as unsafe. 

 

That's some serious bs, considering this problem goes away if they removed the Bluetooth 7.0 from the list...

 

But guess what, that's too easy. 

Supposedly there is a 7.1.2 version that's unrelased which isn't having the bug. 

 

But it hasn't been released, so whole lot of good that does...

 

I'm starting to think this is deliberately done sabotage.

 

I spent almost $1,000 on this phone and accessories, only to have the main feature in use daily, force disabled by Google play protect. 

 

It's been months, even years since the issue first arose, and it's still not fixed.

 

Guess that means their priority is monetary based, not customers.
