I have a Motion Z, and since the last system uodupd I am having an issue with Norton Family Premier and also Qustodio. These are content filtering and activity tracking apps. Since this was triggered once the update took place, and because it is happening with more than one app, I am fairly certain it is an Android issue. The accessibility for these two apps is turned on, but they are constantly giving me notifications saying that their accessibility has been turned off. This happening about every 15 minutes. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for posting. It looks like a correlation between the app and the update. Could you please perform reset app preferences? To do so, go to Settings > Apps > App Info > Show System > Reset App Preferences. I would also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to see if it will work. Let me know how it goes. Thanks.
