We also don't have, but I bought it from mobile provider and return mode to mobile provider, for example: KievStar, MTS, so I return them and they return to manufacturer

Re: Incipio offGRID™ Power Pack not charging on Moto Z XT1650

I bought my one on OLX (internet auction). So I have no chance to return it to the seller.

But I can take part in process of any proceedings of this issue Smiley Happy

Re: Incipio offGRID™ Power Pack not charging on Moto Z XT1650

Hi Everyone,

Before we send the phone for repair, I would still suggest performing troubleshooting steps if you'd like. But if its confirmed a motherboard failure, then repair/replace is the next option.
