In service center they told me, that in this case the problem with power managament on motherboard in mode, so if you have this problem, just return it in service.

We also don't have, but I bought it from mobile provider and return mode to mobile provider, for example: KievStar, MTS, so I return them and they return to manufacturer

I bought my one on OLX (internet auction). So I have no chance to return it to the seller.
But I can take part in process of any proceedings of this issue

Before we send the phone for repair, I would still suggest performing troubleshooting steps if you'd like. But if its confirmed a motherboard failure, then repair/replace is the next option.
