I just checked and sadly, I don't see any data for your device yet. Can you ensure that you have enabled all privacy settings (Settings > Motorola Privacy)? If you just enabled them then it's going to take a day or so for the data to start populating for me to see it.

Well, everything you mentioned has already been done since the very beginning, but to no avail. Is there any solution from Motorola support?

There is no solution to this problem being offered by the Lenovo folks.  Factory resets don't work.  Nothing seems to work.

 

For a flagship device, this is truly a new low from the folks at Motorola/Lenovo.

If you have the same problem, then not many people are reporting this.  So maybe a problem with individual devices.  I have not seen this on my phone, and no others have joined this thread.  

 

The person that started this thread never had their phone reporting data or came back since.reporting almost 3 months ago.
