When this problem was coming in the nougat 7.0  then I had hard reset my phone Nd motorola realise nougat 7.1 ... and after that I did not get the problem.

Sorry to know about that. You can try to follow the suggestion provided above. I would also suggest we reset your network settings. To do so, kindly go to Settings > Backup and Reset > Network Setting Reset. Please let me know how it goes thanks!

Hi Ashvinichandel,

 

May I know what is your Carrier? How often does the issue happen, is it happening with all of your contacts? What is the signal bar when you encounter the issue? Are all calls on VOLTE? Let's test this on safemode as well.

 

To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.
3. Touch OK when Reboot to safe mode appears
4. Phone will reboot and Safe Mode will appear in bottom left corner

I am also facing same issue. I have to cut calls and redial again and again, then after call is connected.

Each time I'm able to hear receiver sound, but they are not able to hear me. I have to try again and again.

Same here. However if I select global on preferred mode then problem is solved but 4g stops working.

In safe mode the 4g problem is also fixed but not in normal mode.

Thanks for posting on this thread. If 4G works in Safe Mode, it could be an app issue. Please uninstall third-party apps you recently installed before you encounter this issue. Also, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
