Thanks posting here. I'd like to help. Could you please elaborate your concern, just so we can sure we've got your concern correctly? Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
Need help updating your profile? See here.

Thanks for updating your profile. Sorry for the late reply, I see your message just now. I'd like to confirm, are you only experiencing this specific when using the camera? Let's try booting the phone in safe mode and check if the shutdown would occur while using the camera.
To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.
Let me know how it goes, Thanks.

No it's not just with camera.
When I use my phone after hours ..(even in 60.70%charge )
When it goes Under 30% charge..
When I use some apps in the same time..
And sometimes with no reason!!
And yes it happend in safe mode too
Changing the battery in iran costs about 1/4 of the mobile's price and its not economically at all if it gonna happen again :'( Im not sure but I think it starts after the last android update , how can I be sure that it will not happen again? Cause iran's guarantee don't care at all😭

Thanks for confirming. I wouldn't say that thus is due to the update, but let's try fixing the software side as one of the factors. I would recommend doing the factory data reset without restoring any apps/files. We need to observe the phone without any apps and files installed. To do so, go to Settings > Factory Data Reset. Note to back up your files so you won't lose any of them.

Same issue as others, use the camera a few times and no matter the original charge, it will dive to nothing. Can reboot in safe mode and the same happens. As you can see below - the battery is fine before. Started with the OS update 7.1 and has continued since. I know there is a debug mode that can be turned on, would love to help by turning it on so some type of real resolution can be reached. Obviously, motorola phone users are experiencing in mass, and happily trading in their phones for a new brand. Have stuck by the side of motorola for many years - and would hate to jump ship over this but that may be the only step to truly resolve the problem. Please advise if debug would assist you in finding the root of the problem (rather than blaming it on the battery).
