I want to participate in Oreo Soak test for Moto z (Retin) , how ? 

Soak test started in India for Moto Z or not any information .

to be selected for soak tests when they become available, first you need to register for the Motorola Feedback Network, instructions are here. Soak participants are selected from the members of the MFN

So now you wait. If you are selected you will get notified. No one knows what tests are being done. It's against the rules for anyone to speak about any tests they were or are part of. Breaking this rule will get the violator removed from the MFN.
