i have the following older chargers:
1Amp wall charfer
0.7Amps wall charger
0.7Amp car charger
i purchased Usb-A to Usb-C cable
when i test with the charging Amps using the andorid app Ampere:
i see 1.3 Amps used to charge. thats more than what the chargers support
the cable company, CHOETECH, was approved as a safe provider of type-C cables
its advertised to have a 56K Ohm resitor
shouldnt i be able to use old lower amp chargers?
whats going on?

We always recommend customers to use the Motorola charger that comes with the device as it affects the device battery performance if not doing so.

please provide a link to chargers compatible with the moto z droid
i need one for work and one for the car
I would not buy USB-A to USB-C cables off ebay. USB-C requires a proper resistor in the end that many cables lack.
Buy a name brand USB-C charger from Amazon or Motorola and you should be fine.
