I accidentally cancelled the update to Android Pie on my moto z3 Play

Hello,

 

A couple of weeks I've received the a message to update my z3 play to Android Pie. 

 

So, I accepeted the update and after it started, I accidentally cancelled.

 

Then, I tried to check for updates int he menu but all I get is the message my device is up-to-date.

 

How can I update to Android Pie now?

Greetings Raphael, You could try to reset the phone.

then when it updates it would start the pie install again.

This is the Z3 forum and we are jealous about your pie upgrade.

Thanks for posting. I'd like to check this. Can you please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well.

Thanks for updating your profile. Can you please check this on the Settings > System > System Updates? Let me know. 

 

I just got a message from the team, they said that the update was paused and once resumed we will keep you posted. Also, check the update from time to time via Settings > System > System Updates.
