Auto rotate

2020-03-04, 14:51 PM
Sometimes when my phone's auto rotate is on, the screen won't rotate for a game or an app that requires it, like YouTube. It's fine after I restart my phone but I don't want to have to restart my phone every time I want to watch a video on YouTube.

Sounds like your app for YouTube needs to be refreshed.

Hi Gracemp,

Thanks for posting! You can perform a Clear Cache on your application-- go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App Info > select the application > Storage > Clear Cache. Also, make sure the application is updated. Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Suman
