Re: 1 month old z2 force Battery issues.

Hi KiRiON,

Thank you. Please try doing the battery calibration again, but this time, do it without the mod attached on the phone. Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Hi KiRiON,

If that is the case then I recommend doing the factory data reset (Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset). If you have important files, kindly back them up so won't lose any of it. Also, please check for any system update (Settings > System Update).

Lol?

I wrote some posts before i already did 2 factory resets. And did a complete wipe (3!) before i returned the device.

After 7 years of Motorola devices ive bought now a other brand. And the new device is garbage like hell! It think i must go back to motorola...

Hi KiRiON,

I understand you'd like to get this resolved. We recommend sending the phone for repair so our technicians can further look the hardware of the device and repair the phone. We have done all possible software troubleshooting and the issue persisted, this might be a hardware issue already. Our technicians will further help us with this. You can contact us to check the warranty options here on this link. Thank you.
