My Motorola Keylink will not turn on, I have tried multiple new batteries. I can not find information on Motorola's website about the keylink, its like it never existed! The chat support people have no idea what it is.
Did the keylink have a 1 year or 90 day warranty?

According to the manual that came with my Motorola Keylink the product is warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer.
As it appears that your's has failed within the warranty period I would expect that it should be replaced under said warranty. But as you mention that you can not find any evidence that the Keylink ever existed, which I might add I've created a discussion here in the Connect forum about, I'll see if I can't get the attention of someone in Motorola Support! Stand by!

Wendy while are you are checking on the Keylink's warranty could you please also check to see if it will become available again or if it has been discontinued? It's a great little device and I would love to buy a few more. The old webpage (Link below) no longer works and a Google search proves fruitless.
