Nexus 6 assistance problem

Hi everyone,

i have a problem with both motorola assistance and Nexus 6 phone.

The assistance lost my phone while repairing during warranty (i sent the phon on September 26). Then yesterday (DECEMBER 22!!!) they sent me another phone of the same model, that was reconditioned (surely it was used) and with more problems than mine (e.g. high battery loss and issues to the usb connector). Also, the warranty has expired in the meanwhile. 

What should I do? I am very angry at the moment

Was this Motorola in Europe  or Italy you were dealing with? Have you called them?

Motorola Italy, and yeah i have contacted them many times for the delay, then this friday they sent me a used phone and I don't know its issues and the problems it had (since it comes from warranty center). They can't see what happened to the new phone they sent me and so Google assistance. I should keep it like in a poke?
