lenovo vibe p1 microphone

i have been having this problem a long time, i cannot use my phone when having a phone conversation thru loud speaker and thru the use of recording. however whenever i recod video i am able to have audio on it. i have run the diagnostics on the lenovo companion and my microphone is the only thing that is not performing. i also have restarted my phone to factory settings among other things. still the issue persists. kindly please help

Sorry for the delay. When you perform reset, is Automatic restore disabled?

the automatic restore was not disabled. i did the reset to factory settings over a week ago. it really irks me that i do not have speaker phone capabilities but when i take a video i can record the audio just fine. could this be more of a software issue rather than a hardware?

Can you perform reset again with Automatic restore disabled?
