Tried everything. My provider is Airtel, Hyderabad. I went to the Airtel store and they confirmed that the SIM was OK by putting it into another phone. Coincidentally, there was another person over there with exactly the same problem. Very disappointed with Lenovo support who insists that the problem is with Airtel. Tried another SIM in this phone, same problem. Same SIM works elsewhere. HELP !

Kindly perform the below check points for issue resolution :
1. Tap on Settings -> Data Usage -> click on the 3 dots located on the right top corner( ... ) -> Enable : Allow background data
2. Settings -> Data Usage -> click on the 3 dots located on the right top corner( ... ) -> sort traffic by date -> All the apps will get listed below check whether every apps is highlighted with blue or not on the right side.
If not tap on the arrows to enable it.
Note : Kindly do these settings for both the sim.
3. Settings -> Mobile network -> Enable Data Roaming
4. Set APN manually.

I am not getting the three dots on top (...), I tried factory reset and then it works for 2 days only after that it will not connect to mobile data again, however I have no issues with connecting to WiFi.
Can you please help on this.

Thanks a lot. You've saved me a trip to a repair center In the shop of my provider, they've replaced my SIM, but cannot solve it
Do you know if this is a Lenovo specific settings, or it is exists in all 6.x Android?
