Kernel claims support: Yes. Device detected: No

2017-03-09, 8:23 AM

Hi,

I was trying to connect a PS3 controller on my Lenovo P2, but, even after using sixaxis enabler, no motion is detected. Then I ran a USB Host Diagnostic test, and the result is:

KERNEL

Claims support: Yes

Device detected: No

VERDICT

OS support: No

3rd party apps: No

Any hint on how (if possible) make things work? Thank you!

Hi Luxor1702,

As it clearly says there, The device is not compatible as the OS is not being supported, if OS is not supported possible that third party apps will not be supported too.

Hi Luxor1702,

That's okay. Since it is not supported, there is no other way but to void the warranty of the phone which is not we recommend customers to do.  There are any other game controllers you can try but can't guarantee the performance.
