Hi Rufusss,

What have you done so far to this phone to get this fix? Resetting the phone may help resolve some issues.

The pin bug and sensor malfunction occure only sometimes and whrn the phone go to standby with spotify working. I have try to record audio with the headphone on and it work fine, but on a call the other dude don't hear me. The problems are software for sure. Plus there is the audio on video recording issue to..... But there is another topic about it..... I have done nothing to this phone....

My unit from Malaysia has this bugs too. No need to restart. Just turn off and turn back on using power button.

My current ROM version S048_161111_ROW.

Lenovo needs to push OTA.

Hi Rufusss.

I had almost similar problem with the older model P1 a42. I.ve read about lot of different bugs from Malaysian versions, from users on this forum with P2. I am sorry about that. usually, if hard reset and factory reset does not solve your problem, you should get your warranty papers to do the job. I really think it is not softwere problem, your phone should work perfect, out of the box, there is no discussion about that.

You hear that LeMoto.....???!

Now P2 is world-wide known to have "defects" out-of-the-box. Prompt actions are required to mitigate the worries of buyers...

I have this phone for a few weeks and I have the same problem.
For now I have a very bad reputation of Lenovo.

I am loath to criticise a new model straight out of the box in a public arena as I appreciate the ammount of reputation damage can be done to the company/model and at the end of the day it is in my best interest for the product to do well as the more users should result in better support. This means I am prepared to give Lenovo a bit of leeway and time to sort things out - but they need to realise that people have only so much time and patience when it comes to this kind of thing.
