Clear Cache -> didn't help.
Factory reset -> Doesn't help also.
Clear cache again -> No Luck.

This is the correct way, it worked 100% for me after installing all updates offline (without S251):

  1. Enter the recovery menu.
  2. Wipe user data.
  3. Fuse wipe data.
  4. Fuse format data.
  5. Wipe cache.

Always choose "YES" for each step, do all steps one after the other and only at the end restart the phone.

Ok. I'll try this evening.

Always thought that fuse format data would format the whole disk :-).

Thank you in advance for your patience and advice.

I have Faith that this Will do it :-).

That is strange as it should work.

But when you want to do troubleshooting you need to tell step by step what you have done.

Have you allowed installing unknown programs?

Did you update with phone, through computer, offline file?

I installed the updates offline because the internet connection could be unstable and corrupt the download with the risk of bricking the phone.

I suspect you've modified something in the phone so you might need to do a hard reset, though you'll loose all your data: Hard reset

No unknown program. All the apps are installed thru play store.

Didn't i did a hard reset (the site also says fuse format data)? it was just like when powered up the phone when it was brand new.
I had to install all the apps again, log in google acount, download ring & notification tones etc.

i've done the upgrade with downloaded file via the phone.

So not offline via computer. Maybe the file gets corrupted on the phone.

i've found the offline update. i'll connect the phone with the computer and try again.
