small (& stupid) questions

- what is the difference between Lenovo commercial vantage (LCV) and Lenovo Vantage (LV)?

I see that LCV seems to have less "options" with regards to system testings etc.

The laptop is fitted with LCV. Now i noticed that LCV since August 21 is not updating / patching the system. Now as it cam part of the installation, i wonder if some part of the got corrupted and now is unable to fetch the latest updates. Would anyone know how / if it is possible to "reset" the LCV to resume working fine. It is not providing any errors.
