And the same is true of my K430.  The warranty is now shown correctly including my extended warranty.  However, the product registration will not show.

 

Also, another annoyance has popped up.  That is that on my LSC system tab, a warning has popped up regarding "software updates", but when I go to that sub-tab (or folder, whatever term is right) I get the following:

which apprears to show the software as up-to-date.  Then if you click the "Go To Lenovo Website" link, you are uncermoniously dumped onto a webpage with no obvious link to go to.  Sure would like this fixed.

I am seeing this on a X1 Carbon running LSC version 2.0.20 under Windows 7 64-bit.

 

My warranty information is visible at www.lenovo.com/warrantystatus

 

It was working under Windows 8, before I deleted all partitions and installed Windows 7.

 

I was told elsewhere that it takes a week or two for LSC to be able to get the warranty information.  Is that correct?

I cant comment. Sames issues Since Feb 2012 when Pc-doctor was dumped.  It you dont like the fun software, uninstall it.

I receive via LSC the message that the warranty cannot be determined, but I cannot find any clues about what I have to do to resolve this.

Lenovo has a new version of LSC - great - fixed the warranty issue - but created a new one!  The new center

tells you that you have problem with recovery drive partition (insufficient!)  ANOTHER LENOVO COME-ON to get you to purchase more space! 

 

If someone has a solution other than just to remove LSC from the computer.  Please let me know!

I've got the latest LSC and it shows none of the System Information. If I delete it and go back to the previous version then all the info is back. How can I go back and then remove the nagging message to update? I've asked Lenovo but you all know how rubbish they are at any kind of meaningful response. More and more I wish I'd bought another more reliable make of laptop. Mine is an Edge 530 and is ever giving silly messages and failures...

I have the same issues - no product or warranty info. No other way to start system update than manually starting it (not from the LSC, as it previously was).

 

So, LSC seems crippled and not as useful as before.

After updating to v. 2.2.002 I got the same issue, No system information at all, was working perfectly before updating.

T530, i7 3610QM., 180gb ssd, 16gb ram, windows 8 pro

I have the same issue that it shows "warranty: Not Available"

 

Yet, I can go to http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-service/warranty-status/default.page and see that I have it:

 

Product ID:  7517B4U 

Type-Model: 517-B4U

Serial number: xxxxxxx

Location: USA

Expiration Date: 2015-04-30

And that it is Active

 

Says I have Lenovo Solution Center 1.1.003

 

How can I get my updates?

 

I bought online and the retailed opened Case number is A068SF6 and sent Lenovo all the info need.

 

Help! I would like to update everything as this is for my parents.

Please update your Lenovo Solution Centre(LSC) to v2.0.0200 and see if it works. http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-61432#lsc

If the latest LSC doesn't help, could you please create a new thread and start discussion from there for easier tracking of the issue?
