Lenovo vantage

As above screen shot shows, these processes are taking up a lot of RAM.

This problem was originally solved in this post (https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Pre-Installed-Lenovo-Software-and-Applications/Vantage-software-cause-lag/m-p/5017355)

 

However, I had to reinstall windows and I can't seem to get it to work again. Furthermore, is Lenovo Vantage intended to do this? Or is a patch going to be released for this? Thank you.

May I know what device are you using?
Kindly share the machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK or 20UD000BUS) from the sticker usually under the case. 
This would help us detail more about your machine variant while keeping the confidentiality of your serial number. 
By the way, after reinstalling Windows, have you run the updates?
Is the Vantage app up to date?
Update us soon as convenient.

Yes, I have updated vantage, and used vantage to update all the drivers, etc. Model number is 20QVCTO1WW

We notice this issue, and would improve in the future version.

Once Vantage is launched, it would create multiple processes for features.

And once Vantage is closed. The number of processes would be reduced.
