New Thinkpad helix not recognized by System Update

Hi,

 

I recently purchased a Lenovo TouchPad Helix 369847B online from Lenovo's store in HK(http://shop.lenovoshop.com.hk/product/lenovo-thinkpad-helix-369847b/)

 

The OS is Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

 

System update does not seem to recognise the machine!

 

It sends this information:

 

Machine type and model: 396847B

Operating system: Windows 8

Language: EN

 

Error message: There are no applicable packages found for your system.

 

This is a bit alarming, considering that it is new, out of the box.  I tried auto detect on the Lenovo site and it correctly returned the model as: 396847B.  So, the information sent to the update server appears to be correct.

 

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Still, not great out of the box experience though!
