Smart Performance Subscription

After completing the Smart Performance scan from within the Vantage app, I click on the "Sign Up" button and am redirected to a page that says "At this time there are no available service offerings for this product."  So, can I sign up for the service or what?  I don't have this subscription already.

Is your machine original shipped from US/CA.

Currently there is machine type check, and payment only supports machine shipped from US/CA

I am getting the same error as well.  My machine was purchased in a Costco store, here in the US.  Serial number is ********.

 

Why continue having this Smart Performance Tool scan my machine every week if you won't let me actually subscribe to the product that will fix it?  For this reason I've disabled scanning until you can help me resolve this issue.

me also. facing with the same issue, but it asking me about  my USA address postal code town, etc , thinking ow can subscribe to the Lenovo smart performance

I recently bought a lenovo Yoga 7i 2 in 1 laptop and I also bought a 2 year subscription for smart performance. But it is not activated on my device and it doesn’t let me fix the performance issues that it detects.

Sorry for this trouble.  May I know where you bought the 2-year subscription?  Did you buy it from the lenovo website, or from within the Vantage application?

Also, can you double check whether you have "Lenovo Vantage" or "Commercial Vantage" installed on your Yoga 7i?  (which one are you seeing in the Start menu?)

It will not fix any issues, it's snake oil and will be a waste of money. Ask for a refund and et your money back.

That performance subscription is just snake oil - you'll be wasting your money. Just use the tools that come with windows 10 (like storage sense and others) and it will probably do a better job than Lenovo Vantage.  Besides, if you've ever had the misery of trying to get Lenovo to honor their warranty, I doubt how helpful it could possibly be.
