Have you tried uninstalling Vantage than restarting the system and reinstalling the app? Lenovo Vantage can be found in the Microsoft Store.
There is also Lenovo Account Portal that could be of some service.

This issue might happen if you use capital letters when you try to log in via Vantage. So instead of "Xyz@test.com", try logging in as "email@example.com"
