(Please forgive me if this has been previously posted, but I was unable to find and answer tduring my search of the forum.)
One of our users (WinXP) can only see the blue title bar of the window when opening Access Connections (Ver. 5.01.03).
The icon in the tray displays his existing network profiles which he has been able to use to date, but is unable to create/search for new (wireless) networks while travelling, etc.
So far we have uninstalled Access Connections elements piece by piece, and also the whole software (twice) and reinstalled, but still the same problem. No other functionality of the software seems to be corrupt (Shotcut keys, ability to connect, various VPN/proxy settings, etc. all work fine). I have also tried numberous 'Expand all' and window Ctrl shortcuts (i.e. Atl+Space+.....) none of which work.
Short of building out a replacement machine for this user and migrating his data, I'm fresh out of ideas....
Can anyone offer some advice???

I have had this as well - What I have found is that Access Connections is okay but .NET was the problem. After some research I actually had to remove a .NET patch from the computer and then Access Connections window opened up successfully. It was a .NET 2.0 and .NET 3.0 patch had to remove. Have to show updates in Add/Remove programs.
.Net patches KB976576 and KB977354 had to remove from computer.
