When I try to back up my system using enhanced backup and restore, I get a message saying "you have reached your defined space limit reserved for backup storage", with added storage requesting me to click OK. When I click OK, I get the same box again.
Can anyone help with this problem.

I am using Windows 7 on a Lenovo Think Pad Edge 14. My external drive has 122 GB free. The message wants to add 15 GB for the backup.
I appreciate your quick response.

Hi - I have a similar issue - but in my case I'm trying to expand the disk space of the factory partitioned "Lenovo_Recovery Q: drive, which only has a 10GB capacity. I've shrunk my other hard drive to free up space, but somehow can't figure out how to free this up to "extend volume" on the Lenovo Q: drive. When I right click on that drive, the "extend volume" item is grayed out (unavailable). Please advise...Thanks!

I had the same problem trying to backup my iPhone to iCloud. I recently bought a Lenovo K8 Note and it works simpy the best.
