I have a problem with updates for my laptop. Updates from companion app (We did not find any updates for your system) , no instalation history.
When i trying to do so using a web browser, displays information like this (System Update (TVSU) is failed to upgrade to the latest version.)
Technical Support doesent't work too (The warranty details of your device can not be found)
Everything was fine until I returned my laptop for warranty service. The motherboard was listed cos battery stopped charging.

The webpage uses TVSU. Companion app uses a tvsu subset of TVSU software.
Uninstall TVSU via programs/features. Reinstall via offering on support page.
TVSU 5.07.0065 .
Lenovo recommends Internet Explorer, not Edge, others. wink 1.

You were right. Something is wrong cos name of system model - INVALID.
Same is with Motherboard model - not available.
Motherboard name - motherboard name .

You could reflash your BIOS. It may offer an option to update model number and serial number.
Whoever installed your new motherboard should have set all fields.
