Where in Companion are you expecting all your USB drives to appear? Please detail more.
In the system health/hardware, my external USB-HDD does show.
Go into windows store and let it update Companion. Current version is 18.104.22.168 .

Could you provide a disk management report of shown drives on external USB-HDD?
Are we talking 1 usb-hdd or multiple usb-hdd with possible hidden partitions?
You state 4 out of 6. Describe where you expect the other 2 partitions to be.

Here is the list of disks in companion storage.
Here is a list of the disks listed when I perform a hardware test.
4 discs are tested on the 6 I have.
I hope I have answered your questions.

What is your machine type and model?
It appears some of your connected devices(via USB ports) are true external USB-HDD and some are in USB-external enclosure-holding a Internal HDD. It this correct?
