Lenovo IDEAPAD Y910-17ISK - Lenovo System Interface Foundation problem

HI!!!

 

I have the above mentioned ntb. I noticed that the Lenovo Settings is saying that there is a problem with the Lenovo System Interface Foundation, the same goes with Lenovo Vantage, and it provided me with the possibility to update it. I downloaded the offered file, the instalation runs without a problem, I restart the computer but the problem with the LSIF was still there. I uninstaled Lenovo Settings and Vantage, and now I am not able to install it again. When I want to get Lenovo Vantage from the store, I am receiving and error message, that it can´t be installed, error code: 0x80073CFB.

 

Thx for an advice how to deal with this.

Hi, Thx for your reply. I followed the steps, and it is not working. I run the file, and it asks for the System Interface foundation driver, redirecting me to download the file. I downloaded it, installed, restarted PC... Nothing, it's like running in the circle, it is still asking for System interface foundation........ This is why I uninstalled the Vantage in the first place.

 

Dont know what to do...

is this service "Lenovo IMController service" stop in the service list, you could check service tab in taskmanager.

And what is your OS version and Language?

Hi, thx for your reply!!

 

There is no such a service listed, see the printscreen.

 

I am running Windows  10 Home edition, 64bit version. Language is Czech language.
