When Lenovo Solution Center either automatically starts itself or if I start it, the hardware scan goes out on the internet to get an update, but the update always fails with "hash verification failed". When I try again to run the tests, it hangs. Did Lenovo drop support for the G500?

May I know what is the current version of Lenovo Solution Center are you using? Can you try the updated version that we have on our website which is ver. v4.22.0. Uninstall it first then download the software using the link below.
Update us how it goes.

User has old Lenovo Solution center. Current is: 03.12.003 13 Sept 2018.
