the Hardware Scan does not work any more on my E31 Laptop.
1. I start the Lenovo Solution Centre
2. Click on hardware scan and start the scan
3. After 5 sec. scan was completet (it shows overall Status 100%). 5 sec. is by far to fast. In the past it took much longer.
4. When I take a look in the Protocol, it shows "Test aborted/uncompletetd"
I don't know what to do. I deinstalled and reinstalled the Lenovo Solutuion Center...does not work.

Most of the hang issue is caused by Anti-virus software or windows defender, you could try to disable them when run LSC.
Or you could try another tool ,Lenovo Diagnostic.
