I have Legion Y53015ICH, and when I updated the BIOS today, the option to enable Battery Conservation mode is gone and replaced with the following text
Your Lenovo PC is automatically optimizes the health of your battery, and this function is no longer necessary
Is it the same case ? and why in the previous BIOS update(Dated 29 Sep 2018) that option was available ?

Unfortunately, Those download links are no longer available.
What problem are you having? The download links from months ago are about a problem that has been fixed, so those links aren't needed anymore. Please post the details about your problem here rather than sending me a private message. Thanks!

Can confirm, installing vantage finally brought it back, and by back I mean any charging at all, before this a windows 10 update broke all charging on x60 Thinkpads.
There is the problem that the battery guage can't be reset though.

2nd method/link works on my Y52015IKBN.
Initially noted my battery bar saying "Full" instead of "X% available, pluggin, not charging".
Then I realized I recently had updated my BIOS to 4KCN43WW as recommended by Lenovo Vantage.
Maybe the problem originated from there.
Thanks you very much for the patch.
Dear, Would you please explain which link you mean BY "2nd method/link", I have updated BIOS of my Legion Y520-15IKBN to 4KCN45WW and Vantage still detects it as 4KCN30WW?
Conservation mode has gone and Vantage takes long time to start every time. I feel frustrated by many times driver updates, different useless ways , reinstalling OS and loosing my installed packages and setting that I had adjusted carefully.
During a very bad situation it has taken 2 complete days and a night and still battery has stuck to the previous percent, Not charging anymore.

On my ideapad 32015IAP the battery conservation mode is not working.. It is on Lenovo Vantage, I switched it on but it keeps charging to 100% every time (even though it says "plugged, not charging") (pic 2)

@araogn, Ideapad 320 is not in blocking list, and was this setting working for this machine before?
You could try to reset Vantage from app setting or Uninstall Lenovo Interface founcation driver from device manager, and let windows update re-install it again.
