Let's just wait. troubleshoot happened the other day, Lenovo staff said they have determined the source of the problem and also said that they will be making a solution immediately and release an update. It will be here soon, I hope not too long. I resorted to use my desktop more than my laptop to avoid overstressing my laptop's battery from charging and discharging continuously.

Guys it's gone for me but I've found the solution
Download this: https://support.lenovo.com/au/en/downloads/ds030145
1-open the app
2- open battery setting
3- selcet battery protection mode
Now when you open lenovo vantage you will find a message that confirms the conservation mode is working but you can not control it there....in the main time we have to wait until they fix this problem then we will get back to lenovo vantage
P.S: When you install lenovo energy mangement it will ask you for restart so prepare yourself before starting the install

I confirm that Mr_Tec's workaround works on a Yoga 920.
Although I can reset everything and temporarily get Conservation Mode back in Vantage, it is not consistent and disappears after a few reboots. Mr_Tec's workaround is a bit more elegent, but it remains a workaround.
Hopefully a new version of Vantage is not too far away.

I don't see a way to update it. I go into the Microsoft store and it doesn't show the version number there. The version I have installed is 184.108.40.206. Is that the latest version?
