Today the Lenovo Vantage app suddenly started crashing every time I try to search for updates. Yoga 920. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it made no difference. Still crashing while searching for updates. Any suggestions?

No crashes on either my 910 or 920. The latter is 920131KB 80Y7 on BIOS 5NCN38WW
Lenovo Vantage version 4.10.371.0
Windows 10 1803 bild 17134.48
Vantage run at 4:35p ET 052018
I noticed that, upon running, Vantage updated itself to 22.214.171.124, so I ran it, again at 4:42p ET. Still no crash.
The new version launches with a page that asks how you use the machine: Personal, Home and Office or Employee.

I can report the same issue. Brand new ThinkPad E480 (as in it was only delivered today)
Running Lenovo Vantage 126.96.36.199
Updated the BIOS ok but everytime I try and check for updates is crashes.

Anything unusual in Event Viewer > System? Something's different between our systems. My 920 is darn near pristine. Not much of any software loaded on it. (My 910 is the workhorse).

Please try this:
1. open Vantage
2. click on the grid button (near the top left) and then open Preferences
3. change the "user profile" option to "Personal use".
4. close Vantage
5. start Vantage again
6. does problem still happen?
I'm aware of a crash issue that happens when the user profile is set as "Home and Office use". This is why I'm suggesting to change it to "Personal use" to see if the crash goes away.
