After an update to the Lenovo solution center V2. I don't get the warranty information of my computer anymore. Has anybody the same problem?

Yes, at the moment I get a message "Unable to get response from warranty server". It has been working, so I expect checking back in a few hours is the thing to do.

Lenovo Solution Center still isn't getting the answer here, though.

i know it's been months but may i know if there's a fix for this? my lenovo solution center ever since i've upgraded to 2.0.013 is not displaying warranty info. it keeps on saying that it is unable to connect to warranty server. pretty annoying, actually...

Do you mind to let me know what machine model are you using? X230? x220? Also, could you PM me your machine type model and serial number? Also, anyone can kindly provide met the screenshot of the error message in LSC? I'm trying to gather more info as the software team couldn't replicate this issue at the moment.
