I am having this error.
20L5 / Win10
It's working for me at this moment. Has this ever worked for you? I'm wondering if your firewall or proxy is somehow getting in the way.

I'm having this problem too on our two different X280 laptops. Tried various options, updated all my drivers manually, reinstalled Thinkvantage system update, downloaded and installed the standalone system update, nothing works.

Same error as above "package catalog for your system is being updated". I am using MT numbers 20CD, 20JJ, 20EM, 20M8 and 20NN all with Windows 10 Enterprise. Problem updating since 6/5/2019. ???
