My computer failed to boot up
It is stuck on the black screen
I have reinstalled windows
And now I can not log into app lenovo vantage
I clicked sign
in, it appears the following error

Those components are not in software install/uninstall list.
They are in C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\LenovoAccountPlugin
Please check if this folder does exist.

Usually you could manaully restart service "IMController service" or by reboot the computer to download and install latest version.
Are you in the office and is there network firewall for your internet connection? Where is your country?
You could connect to another network and try to re-start service "IMController service.

I find service IMController not found.
firewall is turn off.
I have checked the drive update on the website but no drivers need updating.
You can teamview to check and fix via IP and password (teamview 13).

For users who encounter the same situation as me.
uninstall systeam interface foundation V2 devices and open lenovo vantage again to re-intsall.
